Reflecting on a Successful Day at the 2024 Women of Clarksville Expo

We are still buzzing from the energy and inspiration at the 2024 Women of Clarksville Expo held on August 24th at The Emerald! Diabetic Social was thrilled to be part of this empowering event themed "We Are Better Together."

A huge thank you to all the organizers, especially the First Lady, Cynthia Pitts, for her inspiring opening and closing remarks, and all the participants who made the day a remarkable success. The sense of community and shared purpose was truly palpable.

Our special segment on Diabetes Talk & Food Demo was a hit, and we are grateful for the engaging audience that joined us to learn more about diabetes management through diet and lifestyle changes. Your enthusiasm and insightful questions made the session incredibly rewarding.

We also want to extend our gratitude to Sylvester Lenoir for his invitation and generous support, without which our participation would not have been possible. The collaborative spirit of this event has left us motivated to keep pushing forward in our mission to educate and support those living with diabetes.
